Fuck is perhaps one of the most interesting and exciting words in the
English language. Fuck is the one magical word which just by its sound
can describe pleasure, pain, hate, and love. Fuck comes from the
German word, "frikon".
In language, "fuck" falls into many grammatical categories.
- Fuck can be used as a verb both transitive (he fucked her) and
intransitive (she was fucked by him).
- a active verb (he really gives a fuck),
- a passive verb (she really doesn't give a fuck),
- an adverb (she is fucking interested in him) and
- a noun (she is a fine fuck).
- an adjective (she is fucking beautiful).
As you can see there is a whole lot of real versatility with "fuck".
It pops up everywhere. Besides its sexual connotation, this lovely
word can be used to describe many situations:

- FRAUD - I got fucked by that crook;
- DISMAY - Oh, fuck it!;

Versatilität (dichterische) Bevor Egill,
nach der Abrechnung mit seinen Feinden, Norwegen verließ, errichtete er eine
niðstöng, einen magischen Pfahl; darauf setzte er einen Pferdekopf, der
ins Landesinnere wies, und sprach dazu folgende Verwünschung:
Hier stelle ich eine Schmähstange auf, und ich
richte diese Schmähung gegen König Eirik und Königin Cunnhild ... ich richte
diese Schmähung gegen die Landgeister, die in diesem Lande wohnen, daß sie alle
wirre Wege gehen sollen, weder Haus noch Heimstatt finden, bis sie König Eirik
und Königin Gunnhild aus dem Lande vertrieben haben.
Der Fluch war in Runenschrift in den Pfahl geritzt, und König Eirik und Königin
Gunnhild wurden einige Jahre später in der Tat aus dem Land gejagt und mußten
Zuflucht auf den Orkaden suchen. Die Stunde der Rache kam, als Egill durch einen
Sturm an ihre Küste verschlagen wurde und ihnen in die Hände fiel. Zuerst wollte
man ihn auf der Stelle töten, aber Egill hatte im Gefolge des Königs Freunde,
die ihr Wort für ihn einlegten und geltend machten, daß man zwischen Sonnenuntergang
und Sonnenaufgang niemanden töten dürfe: »König, ist es nicht Mord, nachts einen
Menschen zu töten?« Egill hatte also eine Gnadenfrist von einer Nacht, und er
nutzte sie dazu, ein Meisterwerk skandinavischer Dichtkunst, in der Tat das
erste gereimte Gedicht der nordischen Literatur, zu verfassen, und zwar eine
Ode zur Verherrlichung seines Feindes, die er am nächsten Morgen vor König Eirik
und dem ganzen versammelten Hofe vortrug. Für einen Skalden in verzweifelter
Lage war das ein probates Mittel, den Kopf aus der Schlinge zu ziehen, und das
